Do men prefer beautiful Women?  It may be the first thing they notice about you, it may keep a man interested for a while, it appeals to a man’s ego, a beautiful women on your arm is like a shiny new car on the drive. Competition is high; women are resorting to cosmetic procedures…. If  beauty was the only ingredient men needed to keep them in a happy successful marriage, then the likes of Jennifer Aniston, Joan Collins and Marilyn Monroe would never have seen the inside of a divorce court! The truth is men are only superficial initially! In the dating arena, especially on line, a beautiful woman attracts only a small section of the available men, usually the over confident superficial types who “can’t believe they have resorted to a dating site in the first place”. So ladies you do not have to be beautiful to be loved!

What you do need to be is, confident; this is a universally attractive quality.  If you’re dating after a divorce (and many of us who go on dating sites are) then maybe a quick assessment of you will help.

Are you in a good place?  If not give yourself more time.

Are your self esteem levels high enough to cope with the ups and downs of dating?

Do you look the best you can for you?

Trips to the hairdresser/beautician, if money is tight have a girly night; try home made treatments on each other.

If you need to lose weight, plan a healthy eating campaign.

Exercise, releases feel good hormones, and tones your physique at the same time.

Have a sense of humour, Dating is fun and not to be taken too seriously, unless of course you meet MR Right.

Have fun ladies and remember confidence is attractive, beauty can be plastic!
